These Delivery Terms explain how we handle shipping and delivery, what you can expect, and what you\u2019re responsible for. Order Processing Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed, orders are usually <strong>processed within 1\u20113 business days<\/strong> (excluding weekends &amp; public holidays).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and handing over to the courier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, etc.), processing might take up to <strong>5 business days<\/strong>. We will inform you in case of delays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Shipping \/ Delivery Zones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We currently deliver to locations within <strong>India<\/strong> and internationally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For international orders, customs, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain remote locations or PO boxes may have limited or delayed delivery services. Shipping Charges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address, weight of items, and shipping method (standard, express, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any applicable duties, taxes, or handling fees for international deliveries will be shown during checkout (wherever possible).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free shipping offers (if any) will be valid only when specified, and may have minimum order value requirements or be restricted to certain areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Tracking &amp; Notifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once your order is shipped, we\u2019ll send you a confirmation email (and\/or SMS) with a <strong>tracking number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can track your shipment using the courier\u2019s website or app using that number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is any delay or issue in transit, our support team will try to reach out proactively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Failed, Failed Attempts &amp; Missed Deliveries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or leave a notice. Additional redelivery charges may apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the parcel is refused or returned due to wrong or incomplete address, you will need to contact us; reshipment may incur additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Condition of Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged visibly, please refuse the delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Also take photographs for evidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you notice any defects or wrong items, contact us immediately (ideally within 48 hours) so we can initiate a replacement or return process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Risk &amp; Title<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ownership of the goods transfers to you once they are delivered (i.e. when you physically receive the products at your delivery address).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>But the risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is in the hands of the courier for shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. International Delivery &amp; Customs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>International orders may incur customs clearance delays. Maxobright is not responsible for additional customs\/duties imposed by destination countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will try to provide correct customs documentation, but the final customs charges (if any) are customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Refunds for Delivery Issues<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or not delivered for reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a refund or resend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please contact customer support with your order number and issue.
