1. Pricing & What’s Included

  • Product Price: All product prices are displayed in INR (or your applicable currency), unless otherwise stated.
  • Taxes: Pricing includes applicable taxes (GST or VAT) as required by law.
  • Packaging: Standard packaging is included in the product price.
  • Shipping & Delivery Charges:
    Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout based on your location. For international orders, duties, customs fees, or import taxes may apply and are usually your responsibility.

We provide multiple, secure payment options to make checkout easy:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
  • Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets (depending on region)

3. Payment Gateway Fees & Charges

Because Maxobright uses third-party payment gateways, there are transaction fees charged by those services. Below is what you should know:

  • Transaction Fee / Merchant Discount Rate (MDR): This is the fee paid to the gateway per transaction. Typical rates in India range from ~1.5% to 2.5% for card payments; UPI often has lower charges.
  • Special Cases:
    • International card or cross-border payments may have higher fees.
    • EMI, Buy-Now-Pay-Later, or premium cards might attract additional or different fee structures.

4. Setup Fees, Maintenance & Hidden Costs

  • Setup Fees: Usually zero for most mainstream payment gateways in India for basic features. Advanced features or premium plans might incur one-time setup fees.
  • Annual Maintenance / AMC: Basic accounts often don’t charge this; for higher volume or advanced features, there may be maintenance or support fees

5. Payment Security & Compliance

We take security seriously:

  • All payments are processed via secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
  • We use encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data.
  • Full card details are not stored on our servers — only tokenised data if needed.

6. Order Confirmation, Invoicing & Refunds

  • After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email, including invoice details (price, taxes, shipping).
  • Invoices will be GST compliant.
  • If you need a refund or make a cancellation, our Return & Refund / Cancellation Policy applies. Refunds will be through the same method used for payment, where possible.

7. Special Notes on International Orders

  • Import duties, customs, or local taxes may apply depending on your country. These are outside Maxobright’s control.
  • Delivery time may vary due to customs or local courier delays.

8. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact our support team with details.
  • For chargebacks (transactions disputed via banks or card issuers), we follow the rules set by the card networks and payment gateways. We will cooperate fully.
