1. Order Processing
- Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or verified (for COD), we begin processing your order within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Occasionally, certain products may have a longer processing time due to special production lead times. If this applies, we’ll notify you via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Methods & Courier Partners
- We ship using trusted courier partners and logistics services to ensure your order arrives safely.
- Available shipping options (Standard / Express) will be shown at checkout.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, extra COD charges (if any) will be displayed before you place the order.

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination address, weight/dimensions of the package, and the shipping option you select at checkout.
- For pre-paid orders above a certain value (e.g. ₹1 lakhs / or equivalent), we may offer free shipping or reduced shipping fees in certain zones.
- For international orders: charges, taxes, or customs duties may apply, and those are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Tracking Your Order
- After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
- You can track your parcel on the courier’s website or via a link provided in your order history on our site.
- If you don’t receive tracking info within [1-2 days] after dispatch, feel free to reach out to our support team.
6. Delivery Issues & Missed Attempts
- If the courier tries to deliver and you’re not available, they may leave a notice or attempt to contact you. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct and accessible.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or non-availability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice obvious damage, take a picture and report it immediately both with the courier and to Maxobright.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives with damage, missing parts, or incorrect items, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all packaging and product materials as they may be required for claim with the courier.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement, return, or refund as per your preference and based on the issue.
8. Cancellations & Changes
- You can cancel or modify your order before it has been dispatched by contacting support. Once the order is in transit, cancellations may not be possible.
- If a product you ordered is out of stock after purchase, we’ll notify you promptly and offer either a refund or option to choose another product.
9. International Shipping
- International deliveries may have additional customs clearance time, duties/taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly mentioned.
- Delivery time for international orders depends on destination, courier partner, and customs.
10. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipping address, PIN / ZIP code, contact number, and any special delivery instructions.
- Be available or have someone at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Check the product at delivery and report any damage immediately.
11. Policy Updates
- Maxobright reserves the right to make changes to this Orders & Shipping policy anytime. Changes will be effective immediately when posted on the site.
- Existing orders will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
