Thank you for shopping with Maxobright. These Delivery Terms explain how we handle shipping and delivery, what you can expect, and what you’re responsible for. Please read carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed, orders are usually processed within 1‑3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and handing over to the courier.
- During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, etc.), processing might take up to 5 business days. We will inform you in case of delays.
2. Shipping / Delivery Zones
- We currently deliver to locations within India and internationally.
- For international orders, customs, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
- Certain remote locations or PO boxes may have limited or delayed delivery services. We’ll indicate this during checkout if your address is in such a zone.
3. Delivery Timeframes & Estimates

- Please note: these times are estimates. Actual delivery time may vary due to courier schedules, customs clearance, weather, or local address issues.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address, weight of items, and shipping method (standard, express, etc.).
- Any applicable duties, taxes, or handling fees for international deliveries will be shown during checkout (wherever possible).
- Free shipping offers (if any) will be valid only when specified, and may have minimum order value requirements or be restricted to certain areas.
5. Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email (and/or SMS) with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment using the courier’s website or app using that number.
- If there is any delay or issue in transit, our support team will try to reach out proactively.
6. Failed, Failed Attempts & Missed Deliveries
- If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or leave a notice. Additional redelivery charges may apply.
- If the parcel is refused or returned due to wrong or incomplete address, you will need to contact us; reshipment may incur additional charges.
7. Condition of Delivery
- Inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged visibly, please refuse the delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Also take photographs for evidence.
- If you notice any defects or wrong items, contact us immediately (ideally within 48 hours) so we can initiate a replacement or return process.
8. Risk & Title
- Ownership of the goods transfers to you once they are delivered (i.e. when you physically receive the products at your delivery address).
- But the risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is in the hands of the courier for shipping.
9. International Delivery & Customs
- International orders may incur customs clearance delays. Maxobright is not responsible for additional customs/duties imposed by destination countries.
- We will try to provide correct customs documentation, but the final customs charges (if any) are customer’s responsibility.
10. Refunds for Delivery Issues
- If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or not delivered for reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a refund or resend.
- Please contact customer support with your order number and issue. We’ll investigate and resolve as quickly as possible.
- Note: refunds do not include any duties or taxes you paid that are non‑refundable.
